I received this 3D card from Japan. It is absolutely adorable! I really like the little bunny at its restaurant. This was sent to me by an American currently teaching English in Japan. She is actually from one state over, Louisiana. Thanks, Victoria and good luck this new school year!

Cards from Denmark
Hello Hans and readers!
I got two more wonderful cards from Hans. He tells me that sending cards is quite expensive in Denmark, and I am very glad he reached out to me for swaps. The first card is from a distillery in his hometown of Horsens. The second one is of a postman in his hometown as well. He tells me that the postmen used to buy their own bicycles in order to distribute the mail efficiently. Glad things are better now! Thanks again, Hans!

Wonderful gift from Ghana
Hello everyone!
A few weeks ago, someone named Hardy from Ghana was disappointed that a lot of people in the postcard swapping community had a huge mistrust for swappers there. He went on a good-will crusade to prove otherwise. He kept his word and sent (I heard around 100) postcards wanting nothing in return except to be a good citizen of the earth, peace, and to be kind to others. Thank you Hardy and I give all of you this piece of advice: if you are having a bad day, assume others are having one worse than you. You'd be surprised how many people go through daily battles without showing signs of fatigue or battle scars. Work hard, be nice.

shaped card from Bulgaria
Hello everyone!
Last week I received a shaped card from Bulgaria. I have two other blank cards, but wanted one sent from there. It is a very lovely card with traditional clothing. Thanks for the swap, Samantha!

Card from Saint Martin (French side)
A friend of mine was lucky enough to travel to Saint Martin (French side) out in the caribbean. There are two sides, a French and a Dutch side (Sint Maartin), both still commonwealth states. I got this card when I was in Germany, so it was great to receive mail from time to time. Thanks, Sandra!
Card from Serbia
I was able to get this beautiful card from a teacher that needed help with a classroom project. It was the first card I received from Serbia, but I am just sharing it now! Note: I have a huge backlog of cards, so I updated when I can. Some are more recent than others, but my hope is to upload one from each country!
Serbia also used to be a part of former Yugoslavia and is in eastern Europe. As always, it's my hope to visit, since it looks like a very nice country!
7 wonders of the world: the great wall of China
I have two goals while swapping cards: one is to get any mosque cards or religious temples (funny given my views), and the other is to collect the 7 wonders of the world. So far I have about 3-4 (I will have to send myself Chichen Itza while i'm in Mexico!) Hopefully I get to meet or talk to someone in my missing countries and countries that have the wonders! I got this card from a swap a few years ago. I believe this person was collecting cards for his girlfriend for her birthday. He was kind enough to send me one of the great wall. Thanks again!
Card from the Guernsey post!
I was very lucky to get the card from the Guernsey post that they issued for postcrossing! Hopefully this was able to promote more people to join the site, so we all don't have to bug the few users there. Thanks, Jessica!

Throwback to Sweden
Hello!
Here is another throwback to Sweden! I have a finnish pen pal (we have been keeping in touch for over 8 years!) and she was thoughtful enough to send me some cards while she was traveling in Sweden in 2008. I hope we still keep in touch for many more years. Thanks Eeva!

Summer throwback: Greece
This card is a throwback from last summer, when my friend Chelle went to Greece for a holiday. She shares that she put her outgoing cards in a mailbox that didn't look like it was checked often, but fortunately the card made its way to me (and other new owners). Thanks for the beautiful card, Chelle!
3D card from Venezia
I received a few batches of 3D cards in a trade from a fellow postcrosser. Some of them were cards of Venice from Carnival. My friend Katie was fortunate enough to visit and enjoy Venice. I gave her this card so that she could sent it to me from there. It was exciting to see my card again in my postbox. Thanks, Katie!
Card from Serbia
I received a wonderful multi-view card from Serbia. I like the card because it shows the various aspects of life in Serbia. Serbia was also part of the former Yugoslavia, but has since formed its own sovereign.
Teapots from the Phillipines
I received these wonderful teapots from April in the Philippines. The Philippines is a nation of about 100 million people, and consists of over 7,000 islands. It looks like it has many beautiful beaches. These were designed by a filipino artist. Makes me want to have tea time! Thanks, April!
Mail from Montenegro
I met a new friend through the postcrossing forum. At the time, she was teaching english at a school in Montenegro. She is currently briefly in the US awaiting her next adventure/assignment. Montenegro used to be part of Yugoslavia, and more recently was a state with Serbia. They divided again in 2006. Best wishes in new chapter you are starting, Justine!

"Greetings from...." collection continues to grow! From Italy.
Chelle was kind enough to buy some of the "Greetings from..." postcard series and send me some from their perspective country! This time I received one from Italy. She tells me she had a wonderful time sightseeing Wish I could be there! Italy was a wonderful country. Safe travels, Chelle!
Chat Bisous from Monaco!
My friend Katie is currently traveling with her husband and her adopted daughter Chelle's family in southern Europe. She mentioned they would be in Monaco, and I am happy to report that their card safely reached me! They mentioned that finding cards and the post office was an adventure, I am sure Katie will tell me all about it when she returns!
Beautiful dancer from Thailand
There was a postcrosser who was looking for birthday cards, so I sent her one. In exchange, she was able to send me a card of a typical dancer in Thailand. I have always found their intricate costumes so charming and beautiful. Thanks for the wonderful swap!
Algerian tea
I received a wonderful card depicting a tradition with mint tea in Algeria. The description (shown in the pictures) made me intrigued with the card, so I picked it to be sent from Algeria. What a great addition to my collection. Thanks, Riyad!
Mail from Democratic Republic of the Congo!
Hello! Today I received a lonesome piece of mail. It traveled all the way from the Congo to my mailbox! I am excited to get this piece of mail since it has traveled so far and through so much. The painting was made by an artist, so it gives me a local perspective of the landscape. This was re-sent after the first batch of cards sent from the Democratic Republic of th Congo is believed to be lost. Thank you, Jitendra!

Great news! Furry card from Germany.
Hello!
After my first card sadly got lost somewhere between Germany and the US, Laura agreed to send me another fake fur card from Germany! She was kind enough to resend it after I have patiently waited 2 months for it. She sent it at the same time as the foam card, so the whereabouts remain a mystery. Thanks, Laura!

postcard from Sri Lanka
I received this card many weeks ago from a friend who traveled to Sri Lanka for her birthday weekend. She tells me that Sri Lanka was very humid, but very beautiful and inexpensive. I hope to swing by there or to India while in Dubai, so hopefully I can also enjoy the beaches. Thanks for the card, Patricia!
