Banksy Art from Palestine

I was organizing my rare/uncommon countries to receive cards from, and I found this card from one of my friends. They lived in Palestine and was an English teacher for about 2 years. This was sent when they had just moved there. They knew I liked cats, and Banksy was still a pretty big deal at the time. Pretty cool blast from the past.
